Email

Each database can have it’s own email address. Anything sent to this address will automatically be imported into EcoOffice. You can even give this address to your suppliers if you wish.

To find your address, click SEND INFORMATION->IMPORT DOCUMENTS within EcoOffice Online and then click the email icon. If you don’t have an address set up, you can email us at support@ecooffice.cloud and we will set it up for you.

We can add your own address as a “bounce”, so that you receive a copy of everything that is sent there. This is especially helpful if your suppliers email invoices directly to your database, so that you receive a copy of everything
