The Profit & Loss report shows the figures for the selected period. This is displayed by category, beginning with Sales and Cost of Sales, then Other Income, Administrative Expenses, and Finance Costs

Click any of the green arrows to expand the item and see the sub accounts and balances that make up the total figure

Double click/double tap the balance of any account to see the details of each individual transaction in the Ledger

Gross Profit/Loss is the value of Sales, less the Cost of Sales

Net Profit/Loss is the value of all income, less all expenses
